Mike DeCerbo, Director, Delivery Operations

Mike leads Delivery Operations for Oco and ensures that deployments are completed on-time, on spec, and are adoption ready when they go-live.  His team works closely with customers to configure solutions to meet their business needs, manage complex data integrations, and deliver compelling business intelligence solutions. He and his team are consistently praised by customers for their exceptional customer service and knowledgeable support.

Mike came to Oco with over 10 years of experience implementing large scale Business Intelligence, ERP, and CRM solutions. His focus on supply chain management and sales and profitability in the consumer products, manufacturing, life sciences, and insurance industries guarantees a practical application of best practices to customer solutions.

Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified Project Management Professional.
